Priscilla Williams Giclée Prints On Canvas Offered At Very Low Introductory Prices

Giclée Printing Technology is explained under the 'Giclée Reproduction' page navigation button to the left. As noted there, Priscilla works closely with an expert in the field. Several proofs are made and reviewed by Priscilla to ensure that the integrity of the painting comes through in the finished print. Additionally, Priscilla hand embellishes each print. That is, after stretching the printed canvas onto a wooden frame (like a typical canvas painting), she paints details on the print to add thickness of paint where needed to emulate the original, and to highlight and enhance portions of the image to give it the strength and vitality of the original. All prints on canvas are produced as artist hand embellished and signed limited editions.

We challenge anyone to look at one of our finished prints on canvas and positively differentiate that it isn’t an original painting. We often have to remind patrons not to touch the canvasses, but they can’t help it when they see how original it looks and want to touch it to prove to themselves that it isn’t an original painting. That doesn’t work either, though, because with the hand painting Priscilla does to embellish the print, there are plenty of places where the paint is built up, completing the impression of it being an original. So the only way to really tell is to notice the edition count under her signature.

All of the prints offered below are produced in limited editions of 100 pieces. After 100 are sold, no more prints on canvas will be made in these sizes, making them valuable collectibles for the future. Art values can not be predicted, but there is a good chance these pieces will gain in value as the editions sell out and Priscilla's work and name become better known. She is virtually unknown today, but we expect that will be changing as more people experience the beauty and power of these revelatory images inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Some of the images on this page were electronically scanned from the original paintings, and some are digital photographs giving an idea of what they look like framed. Due to the color conversion technologies of scanners and digital cameras, the images have somewhat different color tones and hues than the paintings and prints, further affected by the color settings of your computer monitor. But you can still get an idea of the beauty of the paintings and prints from looking at them.

At this time, we are offering framed prints only, ready to hang on your wall. Due to the large size of many of the pieces, packing and shipping expenses are substantial, so we encourage patrons to come to Priscilla's house to pick up the pieces, or we can arrange to bring them to you if the distance is not too far.
