The Women Behind the Music Kathi Wilson and her daughters Hannah and Hadassah Kathi and her daughters, Hannah and Hadassah, have been singing together since the girls were very young. They have performed with Kathi at all kinds of concerts over the years, from small gatherings to major revivals. There is an amazing ‘genetic’ compatibility to the way their voices blend together (many hear an angelic quality). And there is beauty, spirituality and powerful emotion that only a mother and her devoted daughters, committed in their faith, can bring to Kathi's songs. Mark and Kathi Wilson have been married for over 22 years and are the proud parents of five wonderful children: Hannah, Jeremiah, Hadassah, Josiah and Jesse. Kathi has home-schooled them, with help from Mark. Distilling all their parental teaching into one sentence (just in case anything ever happened to them and the children were left behind), they have told their children to “read the Bible and do what it says.” That is the motivation behind all that they have invested themselves in. Kathi and Mark co-authored the book 'Tired of Playing Church?' about bringing church life back to its roots as described in the Book of Acts. Their ministry takes many forms, building loving relationships with an ever expanding family of people with diverse backgrounds. They’ve been walking with Jesus for over thirty years, walking together for over twenty two years and have come to the conclusion that the only path that leads to total contentment is the one that takes them into His presence. Their greatest desire is to fulfill God’s calling on their lives fully and faithfully. Mark and Kathi have chosen to align themselves with Christ and with God’s Word. Their commitment of love to each other and to their children is clearly observable. They dynamically seek to make a difference for the Kingdom.
